I actually put a hole in door so I could see the indicator without opening door, and then copied another fells idea for a light tube so I didnt have to squat down to see the lil light thru door.Now I pretty much ignore it-nice units. I understand that the cooling fan will operate when the TT is plugged into 120v power and is trickle charging the battery. The 12v systems (lights, water pump, etc.) are working normally in both cases.
My Gulfstream TRD20 TT has a Parallax Power Supply (Series 7100, Model 7155) 55 amp power converter with a cooling fan that runs continuously when the shore line is plugged into 120v power and when the 120v power is disconnected and only the battery is in place.
